Thank you to everyone who attended tryouts for the upcoming season. It is very important that every player understands the tryout process as outlined by the Garden Empire Volleyball Association:
All Players have until 11:59pm on September 25th to either accept or decline their position with a club. Any deposits given prior to that date are fully refundable. IF ANY CLUB VIOLATES THIS RULE THEY MUST BE REPORTED TO USA VOLLEYBALL IMMEDIATELY - WE CAN HELP YOU WITH THE PROCESS
15's, 16's and 17's
We ask that you submit the acceptance form whether you wish to accept or decline your position. If we do not hear from you by September 26th your spot will given to a waitlisted player.
If you are a waitlisted player we will contact you as soon as someone declines their spot with that team. Unfortunately you might have to wait until September 26th the latest to hear from us.
13's and 14's
We ask that you submit the acceptance form whether you wish to accept or decline your position. If we do not hear from you by October 25th, along with the deposit, your spot will given to a waitlisted player.
If you are a waitlisted player we will contact you as soon as someone declines their spot with that team. Unfortunately you might have to wait until after October 25th to hear from us.
Accepting (or declining) your position with the club can be done in two quick steps:
1st - Fill out the following form: https://unitedvbinc.formstack.com/forms/signups
2nd - This form will take you to "Square" where you can submit a $500 deposit online with a credit card. Fee Information for the season can be found here: www.liunited.com/fees
***United does not charge a separate travel fee. Players will stay with their parents at overnight events. The club will make a team block for each event so please do not book hotels until you have received an email from the club. (This does not apply to the 13's and 14's teams since they do not attend overnight events)
***All players must be registered with USAV prior to the first practice. The fee is $65. Here is the link to register... http://www.geva.org/registration
Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Memberships". Register as either a "New Member" or a "Renewing Member".

This feature has been giving people a hard time across all of GEVA the past few weeks. USAV is working on fixing it. Please attempt it, but if it doesn't work, we'll let you know when the issues have been resolved.
