Hotel Booking Info for the 2023/2024
Please note:
UNITED must book a team hotel block through THS in order to be eligible to compete in the tournament. You do not HAVE to book a room with our THS block. Please read through agreements and requirements with THS and each hotel BEFORE you commit to booking your stay.
-Every tournament is a stay and play event. We must book a team block with THS otherwise we cannot compete in the tournament
-THS provides discounted nightly rates for teams. We attend very large events and hotel options are scarce in major cities. We try our best to find the most affordable option, as close to the venue as possible.
-Keep in mind, pool play schedules typically come out the week of the tournament. Tentative waves times are normally available about a month in advance. This can influence your travel dates/plans. Please make sure you stay up to date with THS and hotel booking policies so you do not face any late cancellation fees if you decide to change your travel plans.
-You do not need to book all 3 of your stays at once but please be aware of each event's room release date and the fact that these rooms are first come, first serve.
