About Our Coaching Staff:
United coaches are among the most qualified in the sport. They come to us as former high school and collegiate players, most are now educators/counselors (all are college graduates) with a passion for volleyball and the desire to positively teach the game of volleyball to young athletes. We have a uniquely qualified group of professionals who attend to the "whole athlete " on a daily basis. All United staff are USAV certified, NYS First Aid and CPR certified, IMPACT certified and are required to regularly attend AVCA Conventions, educational seminars, and a variety of coaching education clinics.

Players' Commitment:
The philosophy of our program is learning centered. The commitment to the learning process and to our team is each athletes top priority and paramount to the success of the overall program. Athletes are responsible to be at their scheduled practice sessions.

Parents’ Commitment:
The success of a travel program is heavily dependant on the participation and support of the parents. Our parents’ are responsible for organizing carpools to and from events, chaperoning events, and assisting with fund-raising activities. Parents are also expected to model good sportsmanship to our athletes and encourage all of our players regardless of the outcome of play.
